If you’re using the app and get an Update failed error message, there’s several things you can try to resolve the problem.
Do you have an active connection (check the Connection Icon)? Try closing and re-launching Agave to re-establish the connection.
Verify that you have an active trial or a purchased base package. If you’re setting up a new phone, double-check that you’ve logged into Google Play with the same account you used to purchase Agave.
Make sure Agave is using the correct IP address / host name debug connection.
